Spring Flowers Inspiration
Find inspiration in the first flowers of Spring with these downloadable daffodil images
After a long winter, the first flowers of spring are always such a welcome sight. We have a snowdrops and crocus in the garden which are beautiful and our daffodils will follow along in a couple of weeks or so. This year’s spring display has been hurried along by this wonderful gift of a bowl of tete a tete daffodil bulbs from a friend. They are so glorious in their form and colour that I had to share them with you.
I spent some time taking photos of them so that I’ll have a permanent record of images. I do this all the time and have a massive archive of photos that I look to when I need a reference to draw or paint from. Here are the photos I’ve taken. You are very welcome to download and save them so that you can work in them in your own sketchbook, drawing, painting or print work.
You can click on any of the images to see them larger on the screen and you can right click on them to save them to your device.
First up, I took a photo of the whole thing. Always useful to have at least one photo that captures the whole object or scene, even if the temptation is to zoom in on the detail!
