Thank you for sharing a hard thing. NDE's are much more accepted experiences now and are real. I have been watching the "Coming Home" channel on You Tube. It is very well done. I am fascinated. Good on you for exercising! I walk with my 84 year old mom every morning but when she is not here, it is easy to find excuses!!

Yes! I need to walk at least six Km each day! lets see if I can get back into my routine too
